Interface with foundries on process technologies. Manage PDKs. Work with design engineers to define process technology requirements. Follow up Device/Process qualification. Masters Degree in electronics is preferred. Device Physics and/or BCD technology knowledge will be a plus. At least 8 Years of working experience in foundry.
